General: Extend of personal data processing

We only process personal data of users in general so far this is necessary to supply a fully functional website as well as our contents and services. Processing of personal data our users is performed on a regular basis with the user’s content (e.g. filling in contact forms). An exception is considered in such cases, when obtaining of prior consent for practical reason is not possible and processing of personal data is permitted by law.

Data memory

We do not store your data longer than necessary as we need for the relevant purposes. If data is no longer be required to fulfil contractual or legal obligation data will be regularly deleted unless limited storage is furthermore necessary. Reasons therefore could be as follows:

  • Fulfilment of commercial and tax law retention requirements.
  • To keep evidence for legal disputes subject to the rules of limitation stipulated by law.
  • Also it is possible to keep your data stored with us if you have given us your explicit consent.

  • Limitation of processing: you are legitimated to consider legitimation of processing your personal data if we due to legal obligations are not allowed to delete your data files.
  • Data portability: If you agree to the data processing or a contract of data processing exists and processing runs through automated tools you may be entitled to the right of data transmission (art. 20 DSGVO).
  • Contradiction: you have the right to object of processing of data.
  • Right of appeal: You have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority.

Purposes to collect data at our website

a) Cookies

Websites partially use cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage on your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve the purpose of making our offer user-friendly, effective and safer. b) Server log files

Provider of website automatically collects and stores information at so called server log files, which transmit your browser information automatically to us. These are:
Browser type and browser version, operation system in use, referrer URL, host name of accessing computer, time of server request, IP-address. A combination of this data with other data sources will not be made. Basis for data processing is art 6 (1) lit. f GSGVO to allow processing data for performance of a contract or pre-contract measures.

c) Analysis tool: Matomo (formerly Piwik)

This website uses open sour web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses so-called „Cookies“, text files, which are stored on your computer and which allows an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website will be stored on our server. IP-address will be anonymized before storage. Matomo cookies will stay on your terminal until you delete them. Storage of Matomo cookies takes place on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. Website owner has a legitimate interest in anonymized analysis of user behaviour to optimize website as well as promotion. Created information by the cookie about the use of the website will not be transmitted to third parties. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; we have to point out, that if you do so, you might not be able to make full use of all the functions on this website. If you do not agree to the storage and use of your data, you can deactivate it here. In this case an opt-out-cookie will be deposit on your browser to prevent storage of user data by Matomo. If you delete cookies, Matomo opt-out cookies will be deleted too. When you visit our website again the opt-out cookie has to be re-activated.

d) Contact form

If you send us by contact form or email inquiries or requests of any kind your information in the contact form, including your filled in contact data (email, name, phone no.) will be stored with us due to dealing your request and for all cases of additional questions. You have to agree first to our privacy statement. We do not transmit these data without your approval. The processing of data filled into contact form provides only on the basis of your permission (art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO). You can withdraw this agreement at any time. You need only send us an informal email. The legality of the existing data processing operation up to the withdraw remains unaffected. The mentioned information in the contact form remains with us until you instruct us to cancel them or you revoke your consent to storage. Data is, as mentioned in paragraph “data memory”, stored.

SSL- or TLS-encryption

This page uses for safety reason as well as data transmission protection of confidential information a SSL- or TLS-encryption. The encrypted connection you will recognize , that the browser’s address bar will change from http:// to https:// as well as the lock symbol at your browser bar. If SSL- or TLS-encryption is activated, data to be transmitted to us by you cannot be read by any third party.

Object to advertising emails

With this, we explicitly object to the use of published contact information by third parties for the sending of advertising and information material not explicitly requested within the framework of the imprint obligation. The operator of the pages explicitly reserves the right to undertake legal action in the event that unsolicited advertising information, such as spam, takes place.
